Virtual Therapy for Therapists in California and Nevada
My mission is to provide compassionate support for therapists as they navigate their own needs and provide support and healing to others.
As a therapist, you may be used to helping others, yet you may be in need of care and support as well. You may be experiencing compassion fatigue, burn out, personal difficulties, and/or countertransference issues. You need a dedicated space and professional who knows how to hold space for you in all of your identities, including as a fellow therapist.
Meet Dr. Ramírez

A compassionate therapist dedicated to helping therapists navigate the unique challenges they face personally and professionally.
Dr. Ramírez is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in California and Nevada. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in working with other therapists navigating the complexities and intersectionalities of their personhood while also navigating their professional role as a therapist. Often, therapists might feel pressured to "have it all figured out" and may suffer from Imposter Syndrome. However, therapists are also people and are worthy and deserving of care and support. Whether you need personal support or help navigating countertransference issues, Dr. Ramírez can help.
She is passionate about working with other therapists because she understands the unique experience of accompanying others in their most difficult moments while also learning to take care of herself and address her own needs. In working together, clients explore and identify their own needs, explore countertransference and other professional issues, and are re-affirmed in their professional vocation.

What Clients Are Saying
For privacy purposes, all testimonials are anonymous
As a therapist, I was afraid that I would become the "expert in the room" and not find therapy helpful but Dr. Ramírez provided a safe space where I could relax and share my problems. She also helped me understand my countertransference as it came up during our work together. I feel much more confident in myself and as a therapist.

Frequently asked questions
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, therapy is confidential. However, there are special circumstances that, for your safety or the safety of others, confidentiality can be broken. If you have any concerns about confidentiality, bring it up in the free consultation so that Dr. Ramírez can answer your questions.
How does therapy work?
The process of therapy is dynamic and will vary depending on the person seeking therapy, the reason for therapy, and their readiness to be in therapy. Typically, therapy is a place where a person can talk safely about their thoughts, feelings, needs, wants, and behaviors. It is also a place where you can be challenged in order to address your problems and meet your therapy goals.
Do you accept insurance?
All Good Things is an insurance-friendly practice. While I'm not in network with any insurance companies, I've partnered with Mentaya to help you use your out-of-network benefits for potential reimbursement on therapy. Out-of-network benefits allow you to choose a therapist based on your needs, not just your insurance provider list. Typically, you pay upfront and may be reimbursed by your insurance after meeting a deductible. This flexibility helps you prioritize quality care and the right therapeutic fit.
What kind of therapy do you offer?
I provide an integrated form of therapy consisting of: the body, mind, soul, biology, and culture. Therefore, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help with understanding thoughts, feelings, behaviors, bodily sensations, and context along with developmental psychology, relational psychoanalytic therapies, and a trauma-informed lens.
